website re-brand

making the product the hero

Sweet Pea Sewing approached me with a goal to reduce reliance on local market stalls and grow their online sales. Their existing website was underperforming, with high bounce rates, minimal organic traffic, and frequent customer confusion during the checkout process—evidenced by a high rate of abandoned carts and follow-up messages confirming order placement.

The client sought a more cohesive brand presence and an improved user experience. I restructured the layout for clarity, streamlined the product pages, and simplified the purchase journey. Soft, neutral tones were chosen to complement the product range and allow the handcrafted gifts to take visual priority. The end result is a clean, intuitive, and on-brand eCommerce experience designed to drive conversions and build customer confidence.
